These ladies are awesome. With the Seattle market being what it is, I was very concerned that because I was buying as an individual with a normal salary, I wouldn't be able to compete. I also had no idea how any of this worked and didn't even know where to start. We recently completed the purchase of our first home and were so fortunate to get to work with such a phenomenal real estate team that we wanted to let everyone know about our experience. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home with a fairly average budget for the area we were looking in, using traditional financing.

In such a competitive market it was essential to have Lisa and Kristine’s expertise, experience, and “Everything Matters” approach. They took an extremely comprehensive perspective in helping us narrow down our neighborhood, needs vs. wants, and took the time to explain and answer our questions about all phases of the home search and home buying process. They both made us feel as if we were their only clients and were seemingly available anytime day or night to answer even the most mundane questions.

Additionally, when we went to different showings, they helped us identify specific things to consider that we definitely wouldn’t have thought about on our own (roofing concerns, mechanical areas to look at, and ideas for design).

This was my first purchase of a home and needless to say I was incredibly green in all things real estate investment and a bit neurotic! Lisa provided me with a detailed booklet of all things required and outlined the process. What I did not realize at the time was how valuable her unique process would be in landing our offer in such a competitive environment ...Seattle!

Our challenge was great. We needed a home that had ample property to park big vehicles, had enough property for a dog, had to have a finished basement that could be turned into a rental and all for a very small budget in Seattle. Lisa and her team were not daunted.

If it was not for her advise my offer would not have been considered. We made an offer that was higher than the list price but SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other offers. When we purchased our home with the help of Lisa and Kristine Milkovich, it was our 3rd cross country move, but our first time in Seattle. Although we are now living in an information age, I still trust the words of mouth more than any other sources when coming to sell my house. A colleague recommended Lisa & Kristine to me. Although they successfully sold my colleague's house, there were still many unanswered questions over my head before our first meeting. When they came to my condo for the intial meeting they were very prepared and knowledgeable of my market and had comps in my area. They made suggestions on what I could do to improve the unit to make it more appealing. They were small low cost items such as replacing the baseboard heaters, light switches which in turn made a huge difference. They coached me on how to prepare the condo to look sell ready things like decluttering and taking anything personal out and storing it so a future buyer could envision themselves there. We recently sold my father’s home in the Fairwood Greens neighborhood. Our realtor was Lisa Milkovich.
